Kick off your first weekend at Middlebury by showing your Panther pride! Join classmates, returning students, families, faculty, staff, and community members as we cheer on the Panthers during the first home competitions of the fall season, including 7 home competitions.

Bring out your finest Vermont flannel and get ready to do-si-do to McCullough Lawn with live music, beverages, and snacks! The Square Dance is an orientation tradition. Join us for an unforgettable night of orientation fun!

Bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy a movie under the stars. Celebrate the beginning of the fall semester with your fellow students. This event is open to the entire student body.

A great chance for students to come together and show off their artistic ability. Come and go as you please! There will be snacks. 

Bring your friends and enjoy a chance to unwind with video games and board games in our very own Wilson Café! This is a great chance to mingle with fellow students and get to know one another. 

P’29 Family Philanthropy Circle Meet & Greet

Mix and mingle with your fellow families, along with Middlebury senior leaders and volunteers. Come learn about the Family Philanthropy Circle, a vibrant and engaged community of Middlebury parents who offer their support to the College as donors and volunteers. *Families only.

End your first week at Middlebury with Rabbi Danielle Stillman and students active in Hillel, with a home-cooked Shabbat dinner at the Jewish Center in the Freeman International Center (FIC).  We will bring in the Jewish day of rest with blessings over ritual wine and challah, followed by a great meal.  All students are welcome at this event, regardless of whether you have a Jewish background or not.
