Qigong - A Gateway to Transformation

Sponsored by:
Well-Being Committee
Begin a self-cultivation practice with this mindful movement class. Guiding students through movements that support physical alignment, we allow space and time for bodily awareness to develop. Train your mind to listen (ting) and release (song). Areas of tension begin to ease, clearing the way for increased circulation and feelings of connection and groundedness. Qigong draws on thousands of years of cultivation practices. The curriculum includes Eight Pieces of Brocade, Five Animal Frolics and beginning movements from Tai Chi Chuan.
