In this class, we focus on the fine-toning method, so expect to shake and burn as we work through dynamic exercises that will strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and promote balance. Classes normally progress through a series of planks, push ups, cardio bursts, barre exercises, and compound movements, with plenty of stretching rests in-between. All levels are welcome and no prior experience with Pilates, ballet, or yoga is necessary.
