We asked some of our friends to help us share and discuss their CT knowledge. We will grab some food, listen for 15 minutes, then practice and share!

Discover how your personal conflict style(s) interacts with others in this interactive session for faculty and staff. Explore practical strategies to navigate differences and leverage diverse approaches for constructive conflict resolution. Andrew Duffy is our facilitator. He is passionate about making conflict transformation tools and approaches accessible to all. Trained as a peer mediator at age ten, he’s spent his life studying conflict, developing and refining approaches, and helping people work through challenges and opportunities together.
