Mindfulness Meditation: Receiving and Extending Love
In this half hour of guided meditation, we will learn tools to bring compassion to ourselves and extend it to others, based on practices from the Buddhist traditions of loving kindness meditation. All are welcome and no prior experience in necessary. Come experience how this kind of meditation can help you feel both calmer and more energized!
