Georgy Arbatov Memorial Lecture Series: 210 years of U.S.-Russian Relations

This lecture is part of the Monterey Summer Symposium on Russia, the newest endeavor by the Graduate Initiative in Russian Studies. Robert Legvold is Marshall D. Shulman Professor Emeritus in the Department of Political Science at Columbia University, where he specialized in the international relations of the post-Soviet states.
