Charlotte Sibley (’68) will share wisdom garnered from years of mentoring women in STEM and working in leadership roles within STEM companies. Pop in, grab some breakfast and a few quick career tips before heading off to class, or stay awhile and learn how to find a mentor, maximize your search efforts, and identify work that will be meaningful for you!

Charlotte has had a long career working in the pharmaceutical industry, has served on countless boards, and is considered an expert in the field of career planning. We hope you’ll take full advantage of her visit! Charlotte Sibley (’68) has more than 30 years’ experience in pharmaceutical company executive leadership, market research and business intelligence. She is currently principal of Sibley Associates, a pharmaceutical and biotech consulting firm. In 2008, Charlotte was named the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Woman of the Year, and currently serves on the HBA board. She was selected as one of the most Inspiring People in Pharma in 2006. In 2001, she received the RR Fordyce Award for contributions to marketing research. She is an adjunct professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Business and serves on the advisory board for the St. Joseph’s University Healthcare Executive MBA program. After the breakfast, Mrs. Sibley will be available to meet with students for 1:1 mentoring conversations and resume reviews.
