Kimberly Millier focuses on Central Asia and specializes in economic development, entrepreneurship, gender issues, leadership, and organizational development of the region. She is a dissertation chair and instructor within the School of Doctoral Studies at Grand Canyon University and has conducted seminars, trainings, and educational programs in Central Asia and the countries of the Former Soviet Union since 1991.
