Presented by the CCI Peer Career Advisors, the resume and cover letter writing workshop will help you to turn your high school summary of activities into a college-ready resume. We’ll walk you through the steps of how to structure and format a resume so that employers can read it quickly and the importance of targeting resumes for specific positions/fields/industries. For cover letter writing 101, we’ll show you how to research a position and organization in preparation for writing a cover letter; and how to use the STAR method to write about relevant skills and experiences.

Distinguished Men of Color (DMC) and Center for Careers and Internships (CCI) invite you to join a discussion with graduating seniors. Students who attend this event will: learn from seniors about how they are preparing for the transition to life after Middlebury, learn about various career paths, and understand the importance of networking by getting some practice.
