Deconstructing Perfectionism: Silencing Negative Self-talk

The Counseling Center presents, Deconstructing perfectionism: Silencing negative self-talk. This is a weekly counseling group that will help students in understanding the origins of perfectionism, exploring its effects on their relationships with themselves and others, and learning how to disrupt it.

Stella, the therapy dog will present for students who would like to engage with her.
