Experiencing Grief and Loss

These monthly gatherings are open to students experiencing grief and all types of loss (of a parent, grandparent, sibling, partner, friend, mentor, etc.). Counseling Skills Groups

This will be a counselor-facilitated skills group aimed at providing students with resources and skills to help manage stress and anxiety, and to help cope with other challenges. Drop-ins are welcome. Please call Counseling office with questions, 802.443.5141.
