Quaker Meeting for Worship

Here at Middlebury, we have a small community of student friends dedicated to Quaker values of peace, equality, social justice, inclusion and simplicity. This Sunday afternoon at 5 o’clock our group will meet for our weekly worship in the Scott Center for Spiritual and Religious Life, in Hathaway House (next door to Admissions). There will be tea and conversation, followed by a period of silent reflection.

Prajna Student Meditation Group

Prajna is a space open to everyone, including faculty, students, staff, and community members. You do not have to be spiritual or religious to come. People can feel free to drop in at anytime during the evening. Every meeting is a little different. We start grinding tea at 7:30. At 8, we typically sit in silence together, talk and drink hand-ground chai. No experience is necessary.
