Join Hillel and the Scott Center for Spiritual and Religious Life for our Apples and Honey Reception at approximately 8:00 pm, following Rosh Hashanah services in Mead Chapel.

What’s it like being Jewish abroad? Come to the FIC on November 8th at 6:30pm (or earlier if you want to help out cooking!) if you’re A) a student back from abroad DYING to share stories/food/games/advice from abroad or if you’re B) interested in going abroad and intrigued by the opportunity to hear from these students and their UNCENSORED opinions. We’ll be having dinner (definitely paella a la our senior women who were in Spain last year), so let us know if you want help cooking a food you miss dearly, and save the date in your calendar!

Join other students to eat dinner together in Redfield Proctor before heading over to Kol Nidre (Yom Kippur Evening) services in Mead Chapel. Get your food from the dining hall and bring it upstairs. Services begin at 6:30 pm.

Hillel will be offering the film Two Sided Story this week, during the days of reflection in between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Check out the website at https://parentscirclefriends.org/. We will be distributing the link and password to anyone who would like to watch. Once you have the link, you will be able to stream it on your own device at any time that works for you! Middlebury students and Havurah community members will come together over Zoom on Thursday, October 8th at 7:45pm to discuss the movie.
