This is a mandatory pre-departure meeting for Middlebury students who will be studying in China during the winter and/or spring semester(s) of 2017.

Required meeting for all graduate students studying in germany fall 2016.

Students studying in Japan during the spring 2017 semester are expected to attend this mandatory orientation. We will have returnees on hand to answer questions and share their experiences. We will also cover important information such as pre-departure requirements and deadlines, the visa process, academics, credit, etc.

All students studying in France during the spring 2017 semester are expected to attend this visa meeting. We will go through the CampusFrance registration process together step by step (the first step in obtaining your visa for France), and you will receive information for what to do after the CampusFrance registration is complete.

Students studying in France in the upcoming fall semester or academic year, and who will need to apply for a France visa, should attend this meeting where the visa application process will be discussed.
