Kayaking at Elkhorn Slough

Paddle the calm waters of Elkhorn Slough and enjoy the opportunity to observe wildlife (including adorable sea otters)! This kayaking trip will be for all experience levels. Pricing includes kayak ental & accessories, transportation, and a light snack. Drivers will be reimbursed for mileage from the ODRC. We will be charging participants a $20/person fee (includes kayak rental & accessories, transportation, and snack). This rate is discounted from the standard rental prices at Monterey Bay Kayaks.

Kayak Elkhorn Slough with Wetlands Club

The Wetlands Club @ MIIS will take a kayaking field trip to Moss Landing on Saturday May 5th. We will leave around 9 or 10AM, drive to Moss Landing, rent kayaks, and spend a few hours kayaking the slough. Return time will be in the afternoon. Cost will be around 30$ for kayak (group rate pending on number of participants).
