CSWG Speaker Series: Will Caput

Will Caput is a technical adviser in the Information Technology space who specializes in network security and risk. His security-related experience includes attack & penetration, network security, wireless network infrastructure security, social engineering and physical security assessments, and security training, among others. He currently works at Build.com, where he manages all security-related projects.

Dr. Herb Lin is senior research scholar for cyber policy and security at the Center for International Security and Cooperation and Hank J. Holland Fellow in Cyber Policy and Security at the Hoover Institution, both at Stanford University. His research interests relate broadly to policy-related dimensions of cybersecurity and cyberspace, and he is particularly interested in and knowledgeable about the use of offensive operations in cyberspace, especially as instruments of national policy.

Climb Time

Our Climbing Club Kick-off Event will be Wednesday March 7th at 6:30pm, at Sanctuary Rock Gym. $15 climbing + rental gear or $10 if you bring your own gear. Beginners are encouraged to come and learn from some of the more seasoned club members. If you’re not already part of our facebook group, we encourage you to join. https://www.facebook.com/groups/miisclimbingclub/ Members often post when they are able to offer rides to the gym or are headed out for weekend adventures. Sanctuary is also a short 15-minute bike ride from campus.
