Introduction to breath techniques/ Breathholding

Learn to hold your breath for two minutes! As part of this mini class, We will be teaching basic breath-holding and free-diving techniques on land- no previous swimming experience required. Participants will learn how to hold their breath for extended periods and learn some of the introductory techniques used by freedivers (note that this is not a freediver certification class- contact the Aquatics Club if you would like information about local entities offering official freediving courses).
