First club meeting for Aquatic Activities club- the meeting is a chance to get to meet fellow club members and find potential buddies. We will also be giving students a chance to meet with representatives of local activity organizations (dive, surf, and freediving shops) to better become acquainted with the local resources and community available to them (Event will take place off campus to allow these individuals to be present).

Vinyasa Flow with Noemi

Noemi’s vinyasa-style power flows challenge through creative incorporation of breath work, core and balance. Noemi is a 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher and has completed two Trauma-Informed Yoga Trainings and several Recovery-Oriented Mindfulness and Yoga trainings.
