Her 45 minute vinyasa-style power flows challenge through creative incorporation of breath work, core and balance. Noemi is a 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher and has completed two Trauma-Informed Yoga Trainings and several Recovery-Oriented Mindfulness and Yoga trainings.
