We are hosting a joint event featuring two female speakers, and a table topics session, that focuses on women working with women. We want this session to highlight the positive benefits of uniting amongst your fellow female colleagues in an environment that may be challenging to navigate as a solo female.

Join MIIS Red Cross for our first meeting of the semester! This will be a great chance to get to know each other, learn more about the International Red Cross, and plan fundraisers and events for the year. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!

MIIS Toastmasters invites students, faculty, and community members to share their story on how their passion for social change was created. This will be a 2 hour showcase meant to inspire and connect the MIIS campus with one another as we highlight our passions and what drives us to do the work we are doing in this world.

This free event is about socializing and having fun, but also about winning! You have worked hard all year and you deserve some real recognition. Even if you don’t always feel like a winner in class, you can still be a winner at the table tennis table!

Prizes (VISA gift cards) will be awarded as follows:
Ist place: $60
2nd place: $30
3rd place: $10

Free food (strict 50/50 policy adherence) and refreshments provided for participants and audience/cheerleaders!

Join us at 10 am this Friday, September 28th, for our Introductory Model UN Meeting!! This meeting is open to everyone and I will arrange for food to “encourage” you to come. If you are interested in Model UN or just curious, come join us and begin an amazing journey!! This event is open to everyone, is informal and you don’t need to know anything to come. If you cannot come and want information, please contact our Head Delegate, Jimmy Smith, so you can be filled in on the details.
