High Intensity Interval Training for Students

A fun, functional, high intensity interval training conditioning class designed to burn fat and build lean muscle. The class will focus on developing great movement patterns with kettlebells, bands and body weight for developing great posture, core strength, and joint stability as well as improved balance and agility all while working up a great sweat and testing your endurance. Instructor Patrick Webb is a certified personal trainer.

Open to MIIS students; bring your student ID.
