Monterey Bay Community Power Public Forum

Monterey Bay Community Power (MBCP) is a new, not-for-profit public agency providing community-owned, carbon-free electricity for Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties, combined with the same reliable electric delivery and billing that PG&E has always provided. Established by our own cities and counties, MBCP follows the Community Choice Energy (CCE) model that is succeeding across California and parts of the U.S., allowing communities to lower electricity costs, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and keep surplus revenues local.
