Russian and Eastern European Society

All members of REES and faculty are welcome to come to our end of year picnic on Saturday May 9 from 3-4:30 at the Russian House. We will be cohosting this event with the Russian House. We will have ?????? and other delicious food! 

Try your hand at Eastern European folk crafts through Polish wycinanki paper cutting and Karelian embroidery.

Come enjoy a sweet treat after class. Try Polish paczki and discover more about Slavic cuisines!

Join us to celebrate the Slavic holiday of Maslenitsa! Hear more about the celebration and its significance, and try some Eastern European food.

Join Russian and Eastern European Society for a trip to the BANYA (Russian Sauna) in Burlington! March 10 at 10am. Spaces limited, so please sign up fast! A google form has been sent to anyone involved in the Russian department, but please email reesorg@middlebury.edu if you did not get the form and would like to sign up!
