The first annual Panther Day Parade will begin at the Kirk Alumni Center at 3:30pm and will end behind the Mahaney Arts Center with a Harvest Fest celebration of food, drink, and music.

This discussion will feature students who have participated in the Privilege & Poverty Academic Cluster Summer Internship experience, discussing the lessons and learning they drew from working alongside community organizations addressing the causes and consequences of economic inequality. Join in the discussion to learn more about how experiential, community-connected learning can enrich, and complicate, your life and learning.

Surrounded by a small army of minions, we discover Gru (Steve Carell), planning the biggest heist in the history of the world. He is going to steal the moon. Gru delights in all things wicked. Armed with his arsenal of shrink rays, freeze rays, and battle-ready vehicles for land and air, he vanquishes all who stand in his way.

Learn what’s involved in becoming or staying on as a MiddView trip leader! New applicants: From 4:30-5:15 pm, we’ll talk about what you can expect from the program, what we’re looking for in leaders, and how to apply - plus give you a chance to hear from returning leaders. Returning Leaders: From 5:15-6:00, we’ll provide a MiddView Trips update to keep you in the know and get you excited for another great fall.

A Cappella jamboree featuring the diverse groups on campus. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. We hope to see many new freshman and would love to see you at auditions during the first week of school!

Do you enjoy designing and building things? Does working with people in a collaborative environment excite you? If so, join us at the Middlebury Maker-space (located in the Bunker in the There Freeman International Center) from 8 - 10 PM on Thursday, November 8th. We (The Maker-space Monitors) will be available to help facilitate the use of the machines, and also to demonstrate how to use the machines. In the space, we have 3D printers, a laser-cutter, a cnc milling machine, a sewing machine, and several other miscellaneous tools.
