787 Munras Avenue in Monterey is home to the Middlebury Institute’s student residence. Munras can house up to 85 students in single, double, and triple rooms.

Opened in the fall of 2021, Munras is fully furnished and includes all utilities in its housing price, ensuring easy access to high-speed Wi-fi.
