787 Munras Avenue in Monterey is home to the Middlebury Institute’s student residence. Munras can house up to 85 students in single, double, and triple rooms.
Newly renovated and designed to foster community and connection among Institute students, Munras is also fully accessible with equitable, flexible, and maneuverable spaces.
New, modern, shared kitchens allow for collaborative meal preparation and meals. Other shared areas include bathrooms and study spaces.
Munras includes outdoor dining areas that encourage enjoyment of Monterey’s year-round temperate climate.
Opened in the fall of 2021, Munras is fully furnished and includes all utilities in its housing price, ensuring easy access to high-speed Wi-fi.
Its convenient location means Munras residents can easily walk to the Middlebury Institute campus, as well as celebrated Monterey locations like Fisherman’s Wharf and Del Monte Beach.
It’s easy to build relationships and community at Munras with shared lounges and study spaces, all furnished and with up-to-date technology.
