Paquette joined the Middlebury staff in January of 2020 after serving in a similar role at Wesleyan for the previous year and a half. She joined the Wesleyan staff in the fall of 2018 after serving as the Athletic Communications Intern at Middlebury for two years. At Wesleyan, she served as the primary contact for 17 sports and managed the athletic department’s social media and graphic design. 

At Middlebury, Paquette manages the department’s social media and graphic design. She also assists with media requests, day-to-day operations of the office, and maintenance of the athletic department’s website. She is the chair of the Middlebury Athletics Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and serves as a liaison to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). 

Paquette has been a media relations staff member for multiple NESCAC and NCAA Championship events, including the 2017 NCAA Field Hockey Championship (Middlebury), the 2018 NCAA Volleyball Championship (Wesleyan), the 2019 NESCAC Swimming & Diving Championship (Wesleyan) and the 2019 NCAA Tennis Championships (Wesleyan).

She is an active member of EAST-COMM, D3SIDA and CoSIDA. Paquette serves as a regular panelist at the annual EAST-COMM workshop and in the summer of 2019, she was named the College Representative on the organization’s Executive Board. She also serves on CoSIDA’s Professional Development and Education Committees and in 2020 was appointed to the CoSIDA Division III Cabinet and the D3SIDA Board. 

Paquette won a national writing award in 2018-19, as her feature story on long-time Wesleyan supporter Brian O’Rourke claimed CoSIDA’s Fred Stabley, Sr. Writing Award in the general feature category. She was also awarded a top-five nod in the 2018-19 CoSIDA Publications & Design Contest in the athlete infographic category. In 2020, Paquette won the Winter Division III and D3SIDA Recognition Award for outstanding storytelling. 

In 2018, she received her Master’s of Sport Management and Athletic Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. A 2013 graduate of Salve Regina University, Paquette was a member of the Seahawks’ cross country and track and field teams.
