Lindsay Herod

Lindsay Herod is a digital strategist with more than 16 years of experience helping organizations connect with their customers through thoughtful, effective digital experiences. Over the course of her career, she has worked across a variety of industries, including health care, energy utilities, and the federal government. 

Most recently, Lindsay served as the Digital Experience Manager at UVM Health, where she led a multi-phase initiative to consolidate eight hospital websites across Vermont and New York into a single, unified network website. 

Lindsay is passionate about user-centered design and believes the best digital experiences come from understanding both customer needs and organizational goals.

She lives in Huntington, Vermont, with her husband, Charlie, and their two daughters.
