Melissa Sorenson

As the Assistant Director for Organizational Effectiveness for Middlebury I enjoy supporting broad organizational development projects, facilitating our learning and development programs, and working with leaders and departments across the organization to improve our operational strength and performance. I enjoy developing creative learning opportunities and collaborative problem-solving processes. I am pursuing my masters in organizational leadership with the University of Colorado - Boulder and received my undergraduate degrees in International Studies and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before Middlebury I worked in international affairs and education abroad.
