Discussions on mindfulness in the classroom and in one’s personal life are offered by many different departments and programs across campus. CTLR regularly hosts vibrant discussions on mindfulness in the classroom and work-life balance. Additionally, Mark Orten and his team at The Scott Center offer regular opportunities to gather and sit together (e.g. Wisdom Wednesdays). Rebecca Schubert, our GMHEC Employee Well-being Coordinator in conjunction with the Wellbeing Committee routinely organizes mindfulness and yoga opportunities for colleagues on the VT campus.
