Dates and Fees

Applications to the conference will be accepted between December 1 and March 15. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply early.

2026 Conference Fees

• Application Fee: $25
• Participants: $2,915 (includes participant tuition, $2,045; room and board, $870)
• Auditors: $2,525 (includes auditor tuition, $1,655; room and board, $870)

Acceptance Notification

Notification letters will be sent on a rolling basis. A $300 deposit to hold your spot at the conference is due within two weeks of acceptance and the balance in fees will be due in April. All participants must pay in full before arriving on campus. No refund of fees will be made for participants who must leave the conference early.
