We expect you to attend regularly scheduled afternoon training sessions. Makeup sessions are for mentors and tutors who have legitimate conflicts (sports practice, orchestra, job interview, or a lecture required for a class). In advance of the regular session, please e-mail for permission to attend a makeup session.

Avery Lopez Head Peer Writing Tutor, approves time, runs evening makeup sessions and assists the Program Director.
Simone Edgar Holmes, Head Mentor, manages and guides the Writing and Academic Mentors attached to First-Year Seminars. She helps run makeup sessions and assists the Program Director.
Sandhya Sewnauth, Manager of Drop-in Tutors, supervises, assigns evening shifts, creates publicity, and assists the Program Director.
Emma Cowper, Social Media Manager, supervises our two facebook accounts, our Twitter feed and Instagram account.
