Could there be any implications in this for age of onset in Huntington’s disease? The number of CAG repeats is only one factor in onset. Two people with the same number can have onset years apart. There can be other genes in the same region of the brain that can affect age of onset or degree of severity of symptoms. Maybe your findings will help pinpoint these.
