Middlebury is committed to providing tools and support to help our current and future managers continuously improve.  Since 2012 over 300 managers and supervisors across the institution have completed a required four day workshop called Managing @Middlebury.  The goal of this experience is to create a common understanding, language and skill set to help managers lead and work with others to achieve the goals of the institution.
