VA Enrollment Certification Requests
Middlebury College partners with the VA in support of educational benefits programs including the Post 9/11 GI Bill, and the Yellow Ribbon program. VA educational benefits may be applied to any Middlebury College program including the Summer Language Schools and the Bread Loaf School of English.
Benefits eligible students should complete the following:
Step 1: Submit the "Request for Certification" form below
Step 2: Chapter 33 students who are 100% benefits eligible should also submit the Yellow Ribbon Request form.
Step 3: Submit a copy of your VA Certificate of Eligibility to:

Step 4: Guest students (students who are pursuing a degree at another institution) must submit a primary school letter prepared by the home institution to the School Certifying Official (see above).
