Templates / Letterhead
New templates and letterhead with the Middlebury shield are in development.
Templates that incorporate the graphic identity in Microsoft Word documents are available here for download. You may also download the usage guide here.
You will find several templates for use when writing letters. Different ones are available for use with pre-printed letterhead and for use with blank paper. The templates are set up so that your letter can use the professional design the College has chosen for its stationery. Please do not shift the address panel up or down.
Templates are all in Microsoft Word, except the Power Point templates. We have made every effort to create templates that work on both Macs and PCs. However, Word often defaults to the user preference, which can create issues with the templates.
If you run into any difficulty with the templates, please contact the Help Desk.
To be used with blank paper, such as copy paper. The wordmark and seal are built into the template. You may enter your own departmental information.
To be used with paper purchased from Reprographics that has the seal, wordmark, and departmental information preprinted on stationery. The template appears blank at the top, so that when used with preprinted stationery, everything is formatted and lines up correctly.
To be used with paper purchased from Reprographics that has the seal and wordmark preprinted on the stationery. This template allows you to add your own department information (including location, phone, and e-mail). The template sets up the letter for you, so everything is formatted and lines up correctly.
To be used with letters sent as e-mail attachments. Again, you may enter your own departmental information.
To be used to create one-color [black and white] memos.
