COVID-19 Updates: Fall Semester

Anti-Harassment and Sexual Violence Training

In support of our community effort to promote a campus and workplace environment that is safe and welcoming for all Middlebury students, faculty, and staff, and in compliance with Middlebury’s policies and federal and state law requirements, Middlebury provides an on-line training program for faculty and staff titled Intersections: Preventing Discrimination and Harassment.

The Intersections program replaces the anti-harassment training provided by United Educators in the past.  The training for faculty and staff is mandatory for employees whose employment is anticipated to continue for 30 days or more, and will take approximately 1.5 hours to complete (a separate training for California supervisors takes approximately 2 hours to complete). The program is managed through LawRoom, and employees should complete the training at their earliest convenience, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the invitation.
