Search Grants Databases

The College subscribes to SPIN, a searchable grants database. Use this database to find opportunities that match your research interests:

SPIN

Grants.gov

The federal government's centralized location to find and apply for federal funding opportunities now provides information on more than 1,000 grant programs from 26 federal grant-making agencies. You can browse all open grant opportunities or create a search customized to your interests and timeline.

Search all open opportunities

Set up a customized search

Both databases let you export your results. SPIN also has a notification feature: you can set it up to send you email when grant opportunities come up that match your research interests.

Although Sponsored Research Office staff can use these databases, we strongly recommend that you run your own searches, because you are best qualified to construct and define searches that will return results tailored to your specific research needs.
