Architecture

Architecture is the second core component of Middlebury's information security program. Architecture is not just about building and implementing secure technology systems, it is also about incorporating security fundamentals into the development of policies, processes, personnel and business strategies. We participate in projects across the institution to help ensure reasonable and appropriate protections for institutional information assets.

If you are interested in introducing a new service or technology to the Middlebury or Monterey communities please complete or have your vendor complete the security survey located at the link below. Additionally you may contact infosec@middlebury.edu directly with any questions.

Security Survey

Please note that completion of this survey and sign-off from the Security Team at Middlebury College is necessary for all PCI, HIPAA, and SaaS applications but does not signify approval or scheduling of a project by LIS Administration. These are still necessary for any project that requires significant LIS resources. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
