COVID-19 Updates: Fall Semester

Homestead House

70 Weybridge Street

Cook Commons

Homestead House, originally built in 1809 far Samuel Sargent, a goldsmith (A Walking History of Middlebury), is an upperclassman residential space located on Weybridge Street amongst a mix of both residential and college owned homes. Its proximity to downtown Middlebury makes it an attractive residence option for junior and senior students.  Homestead is part of the Superblock system in which you have to apply to live in the house.  Weybridge is about the same 10min walk from all three dining halls: Ross, Proctor, and Atwater, however it comes conveniently equipped with its very own driveway.

**Application required for residency.
