This information is only relevant for rising juniors and seniors (classes 2015 and 2014) who will be on campus in the fall and will be participating in the on-line room draws for 2013 Fall Term housing.
The Practice Session for the Small Block draw process is for use in familiarizing yourselves with how the on-line application process works. Please see the Calendar for dates when the Practice Round will be available.
THIS IS ONLY A PRACTICE SESSION –NO CONFIRMATIONS OF APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS WILL BE SENT, NO ROOMS WILL BE AWARDED THROUGH THIS PROCESS. ONLY THE INFO FOR THE SMALL BLOCKS IS AVAILABLE DURING THE PRACTICE SESSION AND THE SPACES LISTED MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. AGAIN, THIS IS ONLY FOR PRACTICE PURPOSES.
In the real room draw processes the link to each draw (large, small, singles and doubles – in that order), will only be visible in BANNER for the time during which that process is open for submitting applications (see the calendar listed on the Housing Information web page, go/housing).
How to enter on-line applications…
o Sign on to your Self-Service BANNER Web (use Quick Links Tab at the bottom of any College webpage)
o Choose the Student Records and Registration Tab
o At the bottom of the list you will see “Practice Round – Small Block Draw”
o Proceed from there by following the posted directions to enter applications
