Project Requests

Services beyond "routine and customary" building maintenance may be categorized as Maintenance and Operational (M&O) Projects.  These project requests are reviewed on an annual basis.

Maintenance and Operations

The Facilities Services Maintenance and Operations division is a cohesive, dedicated group of employees trained and experienced in every principal trade required for the maintenance of campus facilities. This team of individuals creates and sustains our environment in a manner consistent with Middlebury's educational mission.
