Catherine Lee ’92

Catherine G. Lee ’92 is a strategy advisor and leadership coach dedicated to helping global organizations and teams envision, plan, and achieve their strategic objectives, combining her business development and change management expertise with a values-based leadership approach. She started her career in investment banking in New York and London and spent over 15 years in senior management roles in the global shipping and logistics industry in Norway, Sweden, Japan, and South Korea. Most recently, she served as COO of a financial advisory firm in Washington, DC. She holds a master’s degree in international affairs from Columbia University and is a certified leadership coach.
