Asymptomatic Fully Vaccinated and Boosted Employees Identified as a Close Contact: If you are identified as a close contact of someone with COVID-19, you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms, and you have recovered within the past 90 days after a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, you are not required to obtain a COVID-19 test. Please retain a copy of documentation confirming your positive COVID-19 test result within the past 90 days for verification purposes (e.g., for travel or other requirements). Wear a well-fitted mask when around others and monitor for symptoms for 10 days.
Asymptomatic Employees who Are Not Vaccinated (Including Those with Medical or Religious Exemptions) or Those who are Eligible for a Booster but Have not Received the Shot: Employees in this category who are identified as a close contact must quarantine for at least five full days, wear a well-fitted mask when around others, avoid travel, and monitor for symptoms for 10 days. Contact your healthcare provider if you have concerns.
Employees Experiencing Symptoms: Employees who experience COVID-19 symptoms and have recovered within the past 90 days after a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 should follow CDC guidance with regard to self-care and contact their healthcare provider if they have any concerns. They should retain a copy of documentation confirming their positive COVID-19 test result within the past 90 days for verification purposes (e.g., for travel or other requirements).
