Ben Powers

Prior to joining the Oratory Now team at Middlebury, Ben played a key role in optimizing communication and leadership at organizations such as Vermont Public Radio, ManuLife, and All Nippon Airways. Ben’s coaching and management style benefits from a range of experience, from work at global finance firms to starting an organic food company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and is a credentialed executive leadership coach. Ben has also won two national championships and a transatlantic yacht race as a professional sailor.
