Protection of Minors
Middlebury sponsors programs and activities that are specifically designed for or to include minors.
What is the Minors on Campus Policy?
Middlebury makes its facilities available to outside groups and organizations that conduct programs that may include minors. Middlebury is committed to providing an environment that is safe and secure for all individuals who participate in its programs, including minors. This applies to all Middlebury faculty, staff, students, volunteers, and third parties who supervise or otherwise interact with minors on Middlebury property or in connection with any Middlebury program.
In order to raise your awareness of some concerns affecting minors and to equip us to address such issues appropriately, please begin by watching United Educators’ “Shine a Light” video (10 min.), which highlights the importance of this topic.
