Combining scientific information with creative storytelling and evocative movement, Andrea Olsen discusses the interconnectedness of body systems and earth systems. The presentation includes a dance excerpt from her project, “Dancing in Wild Places: Seaweed and Ocean Health”, focusing on the vast underwater gardens that are visible in the intertidal zone and appear along the wrack-line on Monterey beaches. Seaweed snacks will be provided!
