Internationally renowned as an expert on the use and prevention of chemical and biological weapons, Ray Zilinskas is the co-editor of The Encyclopedia of Bioterrorism Defense, and has authored more than 17 books and 60 articles in the field. His expertise has been sought by the US Department of State, UNDP, World Bank, and even network television. The Soviet Biological Weapons Program: A History, co-authored with Milton Leitenberg, is the primer for anyone interested in this topic.
