Dapp hails from a brand of music he and his four-piece band affectionately refer to as “frunk” — the frothy mixture of funk and rock that is sometimes the byproduct of being awesome. Dapp brings to the table a unique blend of jam-funk that is spontaneous, improvisational, danceable, singable, and utterly entertaining. Dapp has been spreading fresh, retro-fied funkness to audiences since early 2008.
