Miles Pomper is Senior Fellow at the Washington office of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS). He recently served as principal investigator of a team of veteran arms control experts studying the verification of non-strategic nuclear warheads in Europe for four NATO allies and Sweden.
