The Engines

The Engines is a collaborative quartet of four individually distinguished musicians. Intent upon honing a more equal musical relationship fit for their improvisational jazz style, “Each member contributes original compositions, providing a wide range of expression from high energy… to quieter moments of melodic exploration.” With acoustic and electric bass, saxophone, and trombone, The Engines cultivate an outstanding musical range. The Engines have released two CDs and toured the US, Canada, and Europe.
